Didn't Samuel Clemens pick the name Mark Twain?
because he always hated the name sam.
He Really liked his friends name "mark hammel" and admire his character luke for being the best "PILOT" in the galaxy. soooooo. he chnaged his name to mark. The "twain", he just made that up.
